Unresponsive, late payments, dishonest, poor quality, unsafe work conditions, illegal stances on FMLA, FMLA violations, fraudulent lack of responsiveness regarding IRS data for employees, lacking correct PPE usage during COVID19 pandemic causing employees, renters and recipients of distribution to be at risk for contracting the virus, lack of consistency and incorrect/inconsistent use of OSHA requirements regarding lack of reporting (they "aren't worried") and threatening/abusive behaviors towards employees and renters.
Having dealt with this company for now 5 years I can say that Walter and Corrie are hardworking honest people, and a please to do business with. The quality of their work is A1. Best machine shop in Wisconsin hands down!
Terrible rumors heard about this landlord. Don't rent from him.
