We have had our taxes prepared by Accu-Tax for 18+ years. Always professional and a great deal. We appreciate the no worry of struggling to do our own. The WORST company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, absolutely rude and disrespectful, refuses to give me my tax information from last year, unless of course I spend 25$ for them to print 1 piece of paper, hangs up on me “I would have done it for free depending on how you were going to talk to me” Diana or Dana, the manager I will be going higher and I will be reporting.
Dana has been doing my taxes for years and it is always an easy process. Never feel stressed about my taxes, inputting something wrong, or anything like that because I just get all my W2’s upload them to the secure file database and she gets it all done quickly and efficiently. Cannot recommend Accu-tax enough. The receptionists are all very nice and sweet and help get messages to Dana if she’s not available immediately.
