They did pest control and an inspection. I was not please to move in and find out on day one, the AC was not working correctly, one of the toilets wasn't working correctly, the stove vent light and multiple problems that seemed to be missed. I have had a great difficulty getting all of these issues in order and some are still outstanding. Wouldn't recommend to others.
