This company is awful! They took my 10% deposit of 770$ in May and wont answer phones or give me my deposit back. They did nothing but take my money!!!

Dishonest pricing. Terrible customer service. Super unorganized. Originally quoted us $1.7k, then 7 months into production the company got bought out and the new owner raised the original price to $6,800! And they haven’t even sent us a refund check as the promised they would for our 60% down payment. It’s been 4 months. And they claim they have no record of our payments. Luckily we kept our copies of the receipts. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Best truss company in Florida! I have been designing homes for 20 years and use them all the time for my projects! Trusses are fantastic, machined perfectly to size and delivered on time!
If at all possible go somewhere else. If you use this company expect to be overcharged for long delays.
