Before the winter kicked in, I decided to have my heater serviced with a name brand company. I figured for the $59.99 check up could not hurt. Well they told me that my furnace had a “crack” and it was dangerous to run. They proceeded to slap on a sticker and made me sign a waiver that said if i turn it on, they are not responsible. Our air conditioner went out at the worst possible time during day 2 of a “heatwave “ when Charlie heard that we were older seniors with health issues he extended his workweek and came to the rescue - He is truly our Guardian Angel and we cannot thank him enough for giving us back our ac / we would truly recommend Charlie and his company for all of our HVAC needs . Air conditioning went on the 4th of July, I called the morning of the fifth and my problem was fixed before noon. Great response time and follow up by the office. Charlie who came out was friendly and fast and taught me a few things. You have a new customer. Thank you very much.
Called them last summer when my AC stopped working. They Spent several hours trying to fix it and didn’t charge me anything! My unit was very old and needed to be replaced. Had it replaced last week. Excellent customer service and fair price. Would highly recommend!
We have worked with Accu-Service to repair and maintain our previous ac unit until finally needing to replace it. They were amazing to work with in terms of the best replacement for our AC unit. The new install process was amazing and we love our upgraded system! Many thanks to Ed, Charlie, and the rest of the crew!
