Stop scamming people, stop fake billing, stop testing for needless things (as in over testing...testing for something not related to the reason you need testing done.) Doctors who use this lab NEED to let patients know what lab they are using in case their insurance is not In Network so we do not get surprised with bills. Then be told IF over $50 "we'll do something" by the Dr's office when you question it. If $50 or under you're out of luck and have to pay it? took the covid 19 test 4 days ago and STILL can't get on their website to get results. customer care was no help. They gave me a reference number but can't get on their website!

Accu reference was a lab we recently hired on to be the lab in our medical practice. Last week we found out that they were pulling out with 1 week notice. The rep who set us up, Paul Sanesco has completely ghosted us, will not return calls, and we have NO idea why. Do not use this lab WHATSOEVER. Not to mention lab reports were being reported wrong with typos and results showing in or out of range when it was opposite. Use a lab with integrity, not Accu ref.
RecommendedMy experience was wonderful. Check-in was simple. The nurse who registered me and took my blood didn't hurt me, and was super sweet. I wish I could remembered her name. I told her I was running late for work and she gave me excellent directions. I wasn't late for work! Google would of made me late. When you have a great staff, it could only mean that they love what they do and they like who they work for!
the people who work for them are alright at the different locations but, there billing department is the worst I have ever dealt with.

1 am in delaware heading home from Work and I had to deal with one of their cars racing to pass me, cutting me off with no blinker, then slowing to the point I passed them then being high beamed for about 4 miles and a few turns.
