Under new management, Pioneer. Increased their prices and don't even honor the VIP cards. I had a full card, which means free oil change. They offered $20 off but it was more like $10 off after their newly increased price. I've been going here since 2009, but now considering to go elsewhere.

Called for an oil change on a Saturday and was quoted 39.99. Once I got in, I was asked if I was using synthetic oil cuz that is what my car recommends. (2015 Cruze)My last oil change (somewhere else was recommended a higher grade too; i just don't remember them specifically saying "synthetic") so I said yes, I believe that is what I did on my last change.
