I went into Accu-Lens for a cleaning and polishing for my Sclera lenses. They broke during the process. Accu-Lens took all responsibility and moved my specific case to the top of their priority list. Within 30 minutes and no charge I walked out with new contact lens. This company is amazing. I’ve been using them through my ophthalmologists for over 20 years. I highly recommend Accu Lens.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews. If you're looking for contact lenses, you're better off going somewhere else. I bought 2 different pairs of contacts and none of them worked out for me. I'm now requesting a refund and they don't give full refunds, be aware of this. The contacts cost 350+ each! Now, I want to talk to the office about getting all my money back. But you can't talk to the office directly, you must go through the technician. There is information being withhold from me, since everything must go through a middlema... read more

Acculens is the best! I have been using them for over 8 years! It's the only place I could find for my eye disease What was taking other eye doctors years of trying to get me fitted in the right lens Acculens did in 2 tries! They are always so helpful with all my questions and insurance questions! I will continue going to them recommend them to everyone I know!

I am a long time customer of Accu lens. My contacts are well fit and comfortable, which is saying a lot. I am an extremely hard to fit contact lens wearer. I have had a great experiences, staff is friendly, and well informed. Accu Lens, as a whole company, has always been there for me in a pickle. I highly recommend Accu Lens.

I have not had any of the problems listed in the 1 star review. They have been helpful and educational. No problems with billing. Turnaround times are quick. I will change my review if I have problems, but I have worked with them several times with good experiences.
