Accu inc is the worst management company that I have ever worked with. Melissa is the worst property manager. You can’t get a hold of her . She is very unprofessional. Our HOA has to use their contractors that over charge by hundreds. In their contract they get 10% of all contracts that are done.. of course they get everything that is a high priced contract is done asap all the low dollar repairs don’t get done. Melissa was extremely helpful in assisting me!! She went above and beyond the call of duty to explain things to me.
I will NEVER own a property that has a HOA because of this company. The "management" is ABSOLUTELY worthless! They don't address issues that residents call for. Lack of snow removal has caused issues for disabled individuals as well as caused broken bones to slip and falls. You call to tell them the stairs on your building turn to solid ice and your disabled child has fallen down them. Then you fall down them carrying your newborn. Their solution.... give you a bucket of ice melt to throw from the third floor to hit the stai... read more
