This guy is literally the reason I vey recently approached the doors of bankruptcy. Didn’t mention in an initial inspection that my house was falling whereas would’ve backed me out of a year long nightmare of a “flip” had I known.

Wish I could leave 10/10 stars Jim and Austin are the best home inspectors ever very educational experience for me Jim pointed out everything so I really didn’t have many questions to ask I love their high energy and good spirits if I ever needed another inspection they will be my go to !!!!!

If there was 10 stars, I would have clicked 20. We have had some additional issues to close on our home, and Jim has helped answer some additional questions after the fact that have been invaluable. Thank you Jim for very much for helping me out, and offering all of your additional expertise not included in your already detailed reports.
