I find this rating of 4.9 a little funny, since there is another dedicated website pointing out the true character of this company Accrue with the property purchase expended an additional $10,000, despite promising that they would prevent all the general pitfalls that could (and here did) occur. As a current member I must be honest and let you all know that today (5TH JULY 2024) I sold my 1 bedroom apartment in Heidelberg for $380000.00 In 2018 I was "SOLD" that same apartment by ACCRUE REALESTATE for $423,000.00 Be careful ACCRUE MARKS UP PROPERTY INCREDIBLY HIGH AND THATS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY.
