Worst staffing agency experience I've ever had. I interviewed with Accrue end of 2011 for a job that was unfortunately eventually cut from the hiring company's budget. At that time, I was told my contact at AP would be in touch as soon as she found something else that fit me, but unfortunately I never heard back from her. In Good Hands with AccruePartners – I love AccruePartners! I send all of the people in which I conduct resume consultations for to AccruePartners because I know they will be in good hands! Amy and Patty take an approach like no other Staffing Firm Principals in Charlotte. They truly care about the Charlotte market, are no BS, and are super sharp.

Thank You, "Ben Brandon" @ Accrue Partners – Ben called me on a Monday and asked if I could interview on Tuesday morning. He was very apologetic for the short notice. I accepted the interview, was hired on the spot and began work the same day. What started out as a six to eight week assignment turned into a permanent position. I was out of work for 25 months and 21 days. My advice is to keep a positive attitude, and stay encouraged. This economy is like nothing I have ever seen before. Ben @ Accruepartners is awesome! – I was contacted by Ben @ Accruepartners. As the routine goes; I went to the office, signed some papers, interviewed with him & assumed that was going to be the end of it like many other staffing agency. But that was not the case. Unexpectedly & surprisingly within hours after the interview he calls me back telling me there is a position that may be a good fit for me. Did an awesome job – Applied to a job through Accrue Partners, and they reached out to me about a position right away. Ben Brandon did a fantastic job of breaking down the job of what skills the company was looking for in an applicant, gave continuous feedback to help with obtaining the position, and was a great support system throughout the process. Amazing Staffing Agency – First let me say, when I first applied for a position that Accrue Partners had posted, I was skeptical.
