I am not sure what has happened to Acceedo lately but something needs to change. My last 4 orders have had something wrong causing me to be late on my doses. They used to be great but something in their system has changed and it has negatively impacted the patient care, and that should be their number one priority. If you have a chance to use someone else do it, don’t learn the lesson the hard way
My representative just blatantly lied to me. I wish I had the time and money to drag them into court and shine some light on their truly despicable practices.
I don’t understand how this place hasn’t been shut down or how there isn’t a class action lawsuit against them. I’ve been dealing with them for a couple years. Every time I get a new insurance number, it takes WEEKS for them to get me my medicine. I’ve currently been waiting three weeks for them just to “verify” my new insurance number and I’m literally becoming more and more ill by the day. I need my medicine.
