I don’t understand how this place hasn’t been shut down or how there isn’t a class action lawsuit against them. I’ve been dealing with them for a couple years. Every time I get a new insurance number, it takes WEEKS for them to get me my medicine. I’ve currently been waiting three weeks for them just to “verify” my new insurance number and I’m literally becoming more and more ill by the day. I need my medicine. The most horrible experience I have ever had with anything related to medicine. The absolute worst.
Would give a 0 if I could. Cant get anything right. Worst customer service ever. Incorrectly lost my insurance and then told me with 2 days of my medications left it would take 15 days to process my insurance. Absolute trash.

Possibly the worst pharmacy of all time. Two months and these people still can not do their jobs: GIVING ME MY PRESCRIPTION. I NEED THIS MEDICINE TO SURVIVE. ARE THESE PEOPLE SITTING AROUND, ANSWERING PHONE CALLS, AND THEN NOT DOING ANYTHING ELSE BUT COLLECTING THEIR PAYCHECK?! Accredo needs to get CHECKED because 59 1 star reviews is TERRIBLE. RECONSIDER ACCREDO.
