I too have struggled with the raging incompetence that is Accredo. I spent weeks, after an insurance change, trying to get them to send a drug that without my life is at risk. I was shocked at the indifference to the fact I could die without a specific specialty drug. They just could not get me registered into their system under my new insurance who also uses Prime Therapeutics / Accredo.
