Waited over 6 weeks for an RX. Called every week. Finally had to get a supervisor involved. I heard “I don’t know” during every phone call made inquiring about my RX. I Would not use this pharmacy. Poor patient values, and customer service.

This is the most pathetic company I've ever dealt with. Not only are they incompetent, they may be intentionally incompetent. They're owned by Cigna, which means they work with the insurance company to make it as painful as possible to have a prescription filled. I have been waiting for 40 days for a prescription while my health has spiraled. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the buffoons at Accredo. I had a terrible experience with this company. They told me that my medicine was ready to be processed and that I should pick it up by tomorrow, but they never shipped it. When I called them, they said that the nurse never contacted me, so the pharmacy wouldn't issue the prescription without speaking to the nurse first. Because it was the weekend, they didn't work or ship any medicine during that time. Good luck getting Accredo Specialty Pharmacy to care about you getting your medication. I was forced to use them in the past to get my Humira prescription and it was always a joke. Just started a new medication and of course I have to use Accredo once again. Due for my medication on 4/24. Called them twice last week trying to figure out what was taking so long as my medication had been in "pharmacist verification" for over a week. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is terrible. Why doctors office would use this is beyond me. They’ve had my prescription for almost a month, gotten their PA, been paid by insurance. And I’m STILL waiting for it to be filled. Every time I call I get someone where there is a language barrier. Ask for a manager, they put you on hold for 30+ minutes. Only to tell you they can’t access the system. Super frustrating.
