This is the worst pharmacy company EVER! Unfortunately for me I use a medication that can only be filled using this company. It is a medication that must be refrigerated. Despite using this medication for over 20 years I must call each month to order it. While your on hold to order it you listen to a recording telling you to use the app to reorder. This "specialty" pharmacy is horrible. My now 4 month old requires a specialty medication, and I thought this pharmacy would be easy since they offer mailing. Boy was i wrong! I never could get his medication filled. I started calling like a month or less before the medication ran out to see the process of how it worked, no one ever called me back after asking for phone calls. Actively try to keep you from getting prescriptions that are covered. I have been without 1 month. Talk to a different person each time who says it's taken care of. Except Paula, who is an angel who took care of it.
The worst specialty pharmacy in the United States and its not even close. I feel bad for anyone who has to use this garbage pharmacy.
I need an injection prescription I have never been given the run around as much as I have with ACCREDO. They need the government to step in and shut them down. I am calling my representatives tomorrow. And calling my insurance to see if I get a different supplier!!!!
