I need an injection prescription I have never been given the run around as much as I have with ACCREDO. They need the government to step in and shut them down. I am calling my representatives tomorrow. And calling my insurance to see if I get a different supplier!!!!
Terrible pharmacy. They tell you it’s shipping and the next day they tell you it’s not. They contradict themselves constantly. It seems like whatever program they use to track notes on a prescription is useless. They take forever to find something that was just done the day before. It’s very sad that many insurances REQUIRE you to use this company, so you have no choice but to stay with them. Truly a terrible pharmacy that’s has been getting worse and worse over the years.
I have unfortunately been using Accredo for two years. They provide the worst, robotic customer service. One of their most frequent questions is "Do you have medication for three days?" When you say no, they put you on with a pharmacist, who ultimately tells you to alert your doctor. It is their fault that I missed doses.
Much like everyone else's experience these guys are ridiculously terrible at everything they do. If insurance didn't force you to use them they would go out of business rapidly but I assume they must be cheaper because they don't run like a real company. Absolutely nothing is easy to get done. If you have to use these guys you need to be very on top of every step.
