The worst specialty pharmacy. They missed my refill going on weeks now
I am extremely disappointed with the way this pharmacy has handled my medications and patient assistance. I have been unable to get my medications after multiple attempts because of a balance that exists due to my patient assistance not being applied correctly. I have been taking these same medications for approximately 10 years, and I have had patient assistance throughout that entire time because these medications are very expensive. Accredo is a HORRIBLE company!! If you can ask your insurance if you can use any other specialty I would HIGHLY recommend. I am switching to CVS Specialty now because of all the ridiculous problems they have caused for me. They have even caused me to be late on my medication by 6 days because of their mistakes. Billing is HORRIBLE, to give a layout I had a bill for around $1,500 from my medication order in February. The most useless pharmacy of our time!!
I have to use this pharmacy because of my insurance, but I don't recommend it if you have a choice. The automated notifications by text and phone are inaccurate, too frequent, and unhelpful. The app doesn't work, it only works in my phone browser. There's no sense of urgency or promptness when you call about getting an rx filled. I've been trying to fill a particular rx for over two months and we keep going back and forth between my doctor's office and the pharmacy.
