Would give negative stars but not an option
Run….run fast from this pharmacy if you can. We have to unfortunately use this pharmacy for our son’s speciality medicine with our insurance. If you want your child to suffer or die use this pharmacy, they will make sure they delay as long as they can to fill 1 single prescription…let that sink in, they will take days and weeks to fill just 1 prescription, even after prior authorization is completed, multiple phone calls. This is absolutely the WORST company to deal with. They called me and their bot put me on hold for 8 minutes. I called back and the bot put me on hold again. I was transfered 3 different times to different parts of the country. I was on the phone for an excess of 40 min. HORRIBLE INEFFICIENT organization that you are forced to deal with.
Review of Accredo Pharmacy: Never in my life working in healthcare with many pharmacies for about 14 years have I encountered such consistent, recurring, global incompetence, in multiple contexts, that is both harmful to the patient by delaying them from getting their meds on time & for the provider who expends countless frustrating hours of time calling daily to fix things.
