Horrible pharmacy. Incompetent and rude customer support. I spent an hour on the phone with them and did not get any help. Eventually the representative hang up on me.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t do anything they say they’re going to do, they don’t follow through, they don’t get back to you, they can’t even refill a prescription the right way after multiple attempts. Staff is a mix, some are helpful and some are incompetent liars.
Horrible customer service! Have tried getting a billing problem resolved - even after 7 calls and being on the phone for 45 min still going nowhere.
The worst, most incompetent pharmacy ever. Their business model is uselessness. They “call your doctor” asking about a refill- the doctor never receives a call, and you never hear about why your prescription isn’t filled, until after the prescription you are supposed to be sent misses its shipping date. Then you call the doctor, they say they’ve never been reached out to, you ask them to call them directly and your doctor does. I can't say I've had any problems. I'd be willing to bet these one star reviews are a result of health insurance frustration. America's health insurance situation is for sure a 1 star. Update: I spoke too soon. Astronomical numbers are being fabricated left and right to appease the insurance leeches and I can no longer participate. My copay was a few hundred so I reached out and got help with a copay card. Now that I got help, the copay rocketed to $1800 and they ran through $10,000 in a few months.
