Accredo caused me to have a horribly painful debilitating ulcerative colitis flare because they refused to send out my medication in time that has kept me in remission for the last 3.5 years. They kept insisting I was 3 weeks early for my medication, while I assured them I was 3 weeks lates. Accredo's agents are like robots that keep repeating themselves and do not listen. Worst pharmacy ever!!! One person tells me they billed one insurance while the next tells me they billed the secondary only. It’s different every month. Took 4 months to get their billing straight just to get the initial rx. My son just lost his secondary insurance. I ordered this rx on July 3rd. It was suppose to be delivered the 14th. Now it’s goi g to take 3-4 business days for them to drop his secondary insurance and add a copay card. They said they would call me back within 4 days to reschedule delivery. Forget calling their agents. They ignore everything you say and pretend they didn’t hear anything. They pretend to do something, take your money, and cancel your orders. I was put on “hold” and the guy never came back. I waited for 20+ mins because I needed my medication. They all just read off some charts coz they all say the same thing, so forget explaining your situation. They’re aware, but they just don’t wanna do their jobs. So, if you wanna suffer, this is a go-to company.
Incompetence at every level. Most insane “automated” refill system that will screw up delivery every time. Completely unhelpful and I don’t understand why I just can’t use a standard pharmacy. Drive me freaking nuts!!
Horrible pharmacy. Incompetent and rude customer support. I spent an hour on the phone with them and did not get any help. Eventually the representative hang up on me.
