They suck… 4 weeks trying to get my med… they been on phone with my doc office n insurance n I still have no med … worst pharmacy ever
Worst specialty pharmacy ever.. I don’t understand why Express scripts uses them. Every time we call for a refill on medication, there’s a problem, a delay.. a confusion. And it’s been several years on this medication and a couple of years with this pharmacy. Unfortunately we have to use this pharmacy because of our insurance.
I wish I could select 0, this is the worse company to deal with, the customer service team has no knowledge of what they are doing they are incompetent and it’s sad, because they are very sweet and want to be helpful but they are not trained at all to do their job. I have been dealing with them for 2 months on special medication and I still haven’t received it. They should be out of business.

My husband had a liver transplant in Feb 25 and needs to be on rejection meds for the of his life. they have consistently screwed up his dosage, after a few days go by he needed them pronto. He spoke with his Dr. who called and explained situation and that he needed them the next day. When my husband double checked with accredo he was told that his Dr. never called.
