Cigna/Express Scripts Home Delivery fooled me with a cheap quote for my monthly medication then did the old switcheroo, sent the medication to Accredo, and they charged me 7x the quoted price. They filled my prescription on Oct 24, then tried to fill it again on Nov 5 for a 30 day monthly prescription. I called to try to cancel the second refill, because it’s HALF THE PRICE if I just go with my local pharmacy home delivery. They’re trying to refill prescriptions early and take my money without my approval
Terrible experience from day 1. Miscommunication every other refill, have to take my medication late because shipment was sent late. Do not use this specialty pharmacy
Worst speciality pharmacy. Should be illegal how they operate. They have made my already complicated life a lot more complicated. If you can avoid usuing Accredo, you should.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had in customer service and care. As a provider, I take pride in making sure my patients medications are filled in a timely manner. Cigna dropped Genoa healthcare for specialty pharmacy and contracted with these people. Nothing but issues since day one. Long hold waits, hanging up on, a website that doesn’t work for controlled substances.
