I am astounded by the actions of this company. Because of their actions it’s taken time to get my prescription filled by another pharmacy . My prescription was sent to them and then canceled. They called me and I told them not to fill it , within 24 hours they charged my health insurance. Now the new pharmacy can’t fill it because they already charged for the prescription. This pharmacy has caused me to miss 6 doses of medication in the last year. The absolute WORST pharmacy for filling any prescription. Do NOT use if you have any sort of choice
Too bad we can't leave less then 1 star. I've been trying for over a month to get my prescription filled (Stelera) I've made over 40 phone calls between my doctor, insurance (blue cross, blue shield), specialty pharmacy (Accredo) , prescription provider (express scripts), the drug manufacture and co pay assistance. This company should not be allowed to operate in the healthcare space. Unlike any other pharmacy in the world, they take weeks to “process” a new prescription and patients are just left without medication for however long they feel like taking. If you try to call with problems or questions you spend hours on the phone being transferred around call centers and no one can actually help or do anything. I’ve been given the round about for over two months for medications. The people who work here can’t manage to do the simplest thing or keep track of prior conversations. No accountability or standards anyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves.
