My doctor sent in an authorization from my health insurance and an order for my medication almost a month ago and Accredo Pharmacy has been dragging their feet to fulfill my order. I have called them four times, my doctor’s office even more than that. Even a Johnson and Johnson rep for my RX got involved and we all got the same answers. Accredo has no idea what is going on. If less than 1 star was an option I would give it that. We have received our medication, this is not the issue. The medication has a $650 copay and we keep receiving bills month after month despite providing them with secondary insurance to pay the copays. I have called them every month since February 2025 and spent 1-2 hours on the phone on hold, being transferring until someone tells me "there is no secondary insurance" and I re-provide the information. Like every single review post here - this should be zero stars. Three WEEKS now to get this scrip filled for my daughter. The insurance co approved the prescription the day after it was prescribed. After 2 weeks of the status "processing" I called and they didnt have any answers - they told me to call the Dr. At 3 weeks, I get the runaround and call transfer ping pong before the pharmacist says "oh, we need the patient's weight... is it 120#? They suck… 4 weeks trying to get my med… they been on phone with my doc office n insurance n I still have no med … worst pharmacy ever
Worst specialty pharmacy ever.. I don’t understand why Express scripts uses them. Every time we call for a refill on medication, there’s a problem, a delay.. a confusion. And it’s been several years on this medication and a couple of years with this pharmacy. Unfortunately we have to use this pharmacy because of our insurance.
