My first time dealing with Accredo. Agree with other reviewers. Horrible experience. Be prepared to provide the same information five times and waste 15 minutes doing so.
Extremely incompetent and rude agents who do not know answers to simple questions about billing and prescriptions. Wish that my insurance did not use this company. Sat on the phone with 5 different agents that knew genuinely nothing, were terse and rude and often sighed or moaned instead of listening or helping. Embarrassment of a pharmaceutical company.
This is probably the most frustrating company I have ever had to work with. This is a specialty pharmacy and they handle drugs that are extremely hard to acquire due to transplants and other medical issues. Yet this company will not follow through and provide the necessary service but will keep patients waiting that need these drugs to survive.
