Inept staff, I wish there was another option for me to use. I am six months behind on my medication that provides quality of life due to Cigna and Accredo.
I have never taken the time to leave a review, good or bad with any company. This company should be be in court and no longer able to operate. (negative devils....no starts) I have spent at least 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks with customer agents saying....this Rx was cancelled...give us 48 hours to reinstate it. I call back 72 hours later....same thing.....call back 72 hours later again....Finally I was told to have my provider call in with a new RX. They did that and still told my insurance was denying. One of the worst experiences I've had with a pharmacy in my life. Spent the better part of a week meticulously giving them all my information to transfer a prescription, after which the assistant said she would call me back in less than five business days. I never heard from her again. When I followed up, they had no trace of the records I had spent so much time giving them. It makes my heart hurt to think that these people are in charge of life-saving medications that people depend on. I recommend you work with your doctor ... read more
This company could not be more inept if they tried. Pretty sure my insurance company pays them a bonus for every day they delay shipping my medication while they are "processing my insurance". 10-15 business days for an insurance approval is completely unacceptable. Every time my dr sends in refills we start the approval process over again. Totally unacceptable for a specialty lifesaving medication that can only be filled by this pharmacy per my insurance company. My first time dealing with Accredo was horrible . Agree generally with other reviews. Had to give same information five times and waste 15 minutes doing so. Second and third interactions were much better. Got my refills processed without a hitch.
