Worst pharmacy ever. They take forever to process any new prescriptions, even if you've been on the medication for months. Their call centers don't know how to fix prescription processing issues, it's always we'll submit a request and nothing will happen. And don't even get me started on the automated messaging systemmaking me go in circles and to get no where.
AWFUL! Prescription will be filled, no it won't, needs preauthorization, no it doesn't, we will fill it, no we won't, go to another pharmacy, we are processing, and so on. Had to keep checking portal to see status. Terrible company.
Worst customer service. Worst website. If you can get your medications any where else in the universe, go there. Go now and don't look back.
My paperwork was a mess, and I had to speak to three different people. All were friendly and did their part effectively. It took a little research on their part, but they straightened it out. I could never have figured it out on my own.
The WORST pharmacy I've dealt with. Why does it take over a month to process a medication? Horrible customer service.
