Terrible time getting my medication
Absolutely the WORST company to be forced to get medication from for patients. Over 1 month, having to make the same clarifications time and time again, apparently no internal communication. Had to correct prescription many times, shipping address many times, and various other items. No communication from Accredo. if I did not stay on top of them, nothing would be done. No phone calls or emails received.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. I made my payment for a medication I am supposed to get every 6 months in mid-July. I still do not have it two months later! They call me now daily for more information when it is all on file. Then I listen to their script that they have read to me many times. My doctor's office has been trying to help, but they are equally as frustrated and disgusted. Such a waste of valuable work time. Hoping it will be there in in a week as they have now promised. Terrible company will charge you for things you shouldn’t be charged for when insurance and copay cards should be covering it all. STAY AWAY
