The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. I made my payment for a medication I am supposed to get every 6 months in mid-July. I still do not have it two months later! They call me now daily for more information when it is all on file. Then I listen to their script that they have read to me many times. My doctor's office has been trying to help, but they are equally as frustrated and disgusted. Such a waste of valuable work time. Hoping it will be there in in a week as they have now promised. My prescription was delivered by FedEx yesterday. The label clearly said refrigerate upon arrival, FedEx placed the medication in a locker. I contacted Accredo and the lady informed me that she denied my claim to replace the medication because it is my fault that I did not take it out of the locker in an appropriate timeframe. I explained to the lady how is this the fault of the customer that a FedEx driver placed a refrigerated medication in a locker.
