Continued issues
After hours on the phone over 6 months, they finally resolved what should have been a simple insurance request. My son has primary insurance through my work and Medicaid to cover what the primary insurance does not. It took 6 calls ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes to get them to bill insurance correctly for one medicine order. Same story in past years. Absolute worst specialty pharmacy! They cannot get my billing right, and they make me sit on hold for over an hour each time I call the company. I have called weekly for three months no with no success. I wish I wasn’t required to use them! I’d pay DOUBLE the price for my RXs if it meant I never had to deal with them again!!
Racist nurses who don’t give a damn. One nurse told me that I was too dark for her to give me an IV. I’m biracial. You can see the veins through my skin. Never use them, if you have a choice.
If we could go into the negative numbers that would be more fitting for this pharmacy.
