Terrible place! They tell you your meds will auto ship then put them on hold so you don’t get them and miss a dose! Customer service sucks! They also sent me items I told them I was allergic to! Absolutely ridiculous!!
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Accredo is BY FAR the WORST specialty pharmacy that I have ever been forced to deal with in the near decade that I have lived with a chronic illness. If I had a choice, I wouldn't deal with them at all. Every single patient care coordinator that I have dealt with has been completely incompetent and void of any compassion. I honestly don't know how they are in business. My son takes a super rare, extremely expensive medication that I'm sure they make a ton of money filling. Yet when I switch insurances, all of the customer service representatives minds scramble because they have to do something proactive, instead of just reading a script. It took a month of begging them just to reach out to my insurance company to see that the medication was approved. I switched to another pharmacy.
*I changed my review from a 2-star to a 1-star on 10/23/2025. I called Accredo to get the status of my upcoming prescription. Apparently, they did not process the order my doctor sent on 10/10. The number of negative reviews for this specialty pharmacy should convey a message to the CEO. I will gladly update my review to a more positive one, as well as provide a better star rating, once this company can manage prescriptions as well as other pharmacies.
