As a provider, they are terrible. It took them 14 days and 8 times of me calling them to tell me they weren't in network with my patients insurance. Despite verifying her insurance several times. Then when I tried to escalate the situation, they hung up on me and did not call me back. AVOID
This is the worst speciality pharmacy I have worked with in the last forty years. In January I was told they were the pharmacy I needed to use with my insurance plan. They have been awful the entire time. They let authorizations expire and not fill the prescription and will just stop a medication and not send a renewal request to the doctor if the refills run out. Accredo is the most incompetent, hard to work with, company I have ever dealt with. For a company who handles specialty medications, that are important to patients quality of life, they will not help you. I spent FOUR MONTHS trying to get a script filled. Then finally trying to transfer, Which I asked for THREE TIMES, but they did not. Coordinated care network (bless them!) did all the leg work to get a new script from my Derm and it was filled in a week. Worst pharmacy on earth! If I didn’t have to use due to my insurance, I’d be done. They want you to use app, but when I try to order there is a 📞 pic & have to call. When you call then you get inundated with questions that I answer no to all… that’s why I want to use APP! For a pharmacy they are totally incompetent. Have an injectable medication, and they have sent it to me before without syringes🤦♀️. If I could give them a zero I would. Been with them for over a year with same medication & it never gets easier.
