I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Kinda was rude and hung up on me. Poor customer service.
AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!!! THESE REVIEWS SPEAK VOLUMES ABOUT THE LEGITIMACY OF THIS COMPANY. AVOID Accredo. They are absolutely the worst. I get a different story or excuse ever time I call. Medication has not been delivered after over a month and a half that my doctor has sent the prescription. I have contacted them at least 15 times in this time period and have waited on hold to speak to various individuals who always have a different story or excuse. They have delayed my wife's life saving cancer medications for almost a month now. The cancer is spreading, and they have been lying about shipping it out consecutively over this past week. We've been calling daily being promised a shipping date every time, but gets pushed back over and over again.
It has been three weeks since my wife was switched to Acreedo for specialty meds. They haven't really helped and now my wife is in danger of missing a dose for her transplant medications. It took them three weeks to finally start to process the order and now it is scheduled to get here a week late. I know we live in a country that monetizes healthcare but come on, these are peoples lives that depend on medication. This is insane.
I am fairly certain this pharmacy rose from the depths of hell itself and gains it's life force from our suffering. If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star, I would go into the negatives. Oh my god, EVERY single fill there is an issue with these guys.. It's constant phone calls and headaches with these people.. They claim your script is ready to fill, you schedule it, and then they wait until the day before or the day of to tell you that there are issues and it cannot be filled.
