Refuse and Slow-Down!!! Accredo Specialty Health Group has the smoothness of a mobster during a shake down. Never fails to ruin my day, mood, and health! Purposefully delay the process to get essential medicine. Pharmacists who lie to you about prescription amounts. Representatives who belittle you for advocating for yourself. Lie after lie which took way too long to learn from. Evil people and deserve worse than a one star
They always refer you to the app but it’s never as simple as that. You always need to call them because there is always an issue. They will blame the insurance but when I call the insurance company, every thing is green lights. They need to get their s*** sorted out!
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I had to give them my secondary insurance information multiple times before they billed them . While talking to a representative it sounded like she was rustling papers.
I have never had a problem I have getting my husbands medicine for a few years
If I could give less then one star I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m 79. Severely dysfunctional and systemically scattered organization.
