On the second day of my roofing job, the office manager at Accredited called to tell me that their crew had already used 600’ of lumber on just one side of my roof and that was going to add $5,600 to my bill. Unbeknownst to her, I had pictures and measurements of their crew’s repairs and I told her there was nothing like 600’ of lumber that had been used. I had a horrible experience with Accredited Roofing. They hired some random thugs from the corner store to Install my roof. I learned this information upon communicating with the roofers. This is a horrible choice. My home is still messed up on the inside due to damage caused by Accredited Roofing.

I was having leaks in 2 spots in my roof Steve came out did an inspection shot a video of the inspection and what needed to be done then sent it to me. I thought that was awesome. They applied a silicone product that doesn’t crack however it does stretch pretty cool because after 2 days of rain I had no more leakage. I was very happy with the service as well as how professional they were. My home is in the city of St. Louis and I recommend this company for those that are in need of roofing service.

I contracted with Accredited Roofing in or about August 2017. When their sub contractor delivered the materials to my roof damage was done to the framing of my roof structure. Accredited went ahead and replaced the roof and pushed me off on their sub contractor. It is now mid November and I am still trying to get my roof (which will/could collapse) repaired.
