While the crew was very polite and efficient, please ask for team experience. We requested them to put rubber roofing on our roof flats in 2018 because it is a low maintenance 30+ year roofing option for our house. Last year during a wind storm a section blew up and we learned that the roof was not installed correctly. We were told there was no warranty on the roof at that time.
