I had Larry Barrow do the home inspection do a house I was going to buy in rising sun, md. I trusted his expertise and knowledge to guide me through. He missed so much and falsified information saying it was checked and working but according to other professionals it couldn't have ever worked. Such as the water heater. It didn't work on day one and had to get the unit replaced. Heating didn't work along with AC. I would recommend that anyone looking for a home inspector find someone besides Accredited Home Inspections and Larry Barrow. My wife and I bought a house in June and used Larry to do our inspection. He completely missed the fact that the house had a wet basement. We have had 2 inches of water in it (thankfully its not finished). The waterproofing has cost us $5000, which we shouldn't have had to pay because it should have been caught by Larry, in my opinion.
