Serious lack of communication at this Dr. Office. Very unprofessional. Shanna H. Upped the strength of my med WITHOUT talking to me about it or even talking to me AT ALL about my medications. Took me from 250mg 1 pill twice a day to 500mg 1 pill twice a day. I called and asked about it today at 11am and never heard back from ANYONE. I have asked several time to be sent the link to the patient portal and I never get it. I even put it on my paperwork to please send it to me with my Email address and yet still NOTHING. After being a patient for more than 5 years I finally have had enough. What doctor office will deny a patients refill without so much of a courtesy call. I am finished wasting my time with this office.
