complete scam ... they just charge you almost double what it costs for the appointment and you still need to go make the appointment like you never contacted them ...
They have my office listed as one of their locations. I am not. Do not prepay on line for services. Call a local office directly and pay at the time of service. ADT will over charge you and will not ever refund your payment, ever, for any reason.
This place is a scam. Do not let them take your money!! I have opened a dispute with my bank to try to get the money I paid for a drug test back. The location I was sent to get a drug test claimed they have never heard of this company and does not work with them. I called to get my money back and they refused to give me a refund even though I would not be using their fake services. Their customer service is terrible.
