Very disappointed!! We just purchased our condo in May 2024 and had our entire place flooded in December 2024 due to sprinkler failure (unfortunate). Right before Christmas I had emailed asking for some compassion from this big company to see what they have in place to offer residents when something like this happens. Especially since our holiday plans were ruined. NO response, no sensitivity to the matter.
