My experience with this condo management company has been mixed. The staff who handle the general inbox and intake have generally been responsive and helpful, and I have also had positive experiences with the accounting team. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for my interactions with Charlotte, who has been the primary contact for management with the condo board.
