Very disappointed!! We just purchased our condo in May 2024 and had our entire place flooded in December 2024 due to sprinkler failure (unfortunate). Right before Christmas I had emailed asking for some compassion from this big company to see what they have in place to offer residents when something like this happens. The general manager, Jorge, is good and tries to help, even though is sometimes hard to contact him. He, Nicole and Florence are only helpful people. However, the company itself is very VERY BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Everything is disorganized, if you have an issue they will always make it your fault, they barely clean the common areas or take the garbage, and the many things in the building look old. Thanks for making my life difficult. Thanks for taking forever to reply to my emails. Thanks for not being courteous to a new townhome owner with questions. Oh yes and thanks for not passing along our pre authorized payment information to our new condo management company I’m sure that was very difficult for you.
