RecommendedGreat level of service and commitment. Isa took extra time to give advice on my resume, with specific details to include and exclude. It made a huge difference in my interviewer's perception of me and got me a lot more interview requests, even outside of the agency. I've been a part of a lot of recruiting agencies and no other one has opted to give me free and helpful advice for my resume. Ann is very quick with communications also, and the whole staff is incredibly friendly and supportive.
This is the worst agency I've ever worked with. Cannot get a return email or phone call from the agent I was assigned to. The claim is that she is so busy. I tried to ask to have someone else to work with me but the person who was my original contact is out on maternity leave. I called and asked to speak to my current contact's supervisor and was just transferred to a colleague. I asked her for a phone number for their corporate office and was told they couldn't give me that information. Don't waste your time.
