Shame on you Accountable! I have been waiting for a year to get hearing aids that I desperately need! I cannot hear the smoke alarm when it goes off and am a single mother of 3 kids! You have sent me to 3 hearing specialists in the last 18 months and all of them say I need hearing aids, yet when we need to actually get them, you start the process all over again and send me to another hearing specialist! I will be bashing you all over the internet until you do something to get me aids! SHAME ON YOU!
