This is a scam calling places of business fishing for employees information.
I filed a BK in June of 2015, I have since had no issues with the four other agencies removing their account from credit report. ARG is still reporting as open and has neglected to remove the account or show it as closed. I have disputed with Equaifax 3 separate occasions and they have still not removed it.
