I am writing this review and many others to inform the public of the complete lack of professionalism and customer relations on the part of Mr. Lee Goldsmith (MANAGER). I cannot imagine how the owner Mr. Davis allows Mr. Goldsmith to run his office in this manner. I became aware of this unpaid balance of a bill to day when I applied for a loan at my bank. I was badly injured in a traffic accident in 2011 in the hospital for 3 months rehab for 2 months. MY daughter was power of attorney and was called and about this matter but did not pay the balance of $78. apparently I was informed about the balance in 2014 but with Morphine and Oxycodone for pain I was so out of it I don't remember.
