These people are SO RUDE! I don't understand who has their panties in a knot but there is no need for the horrible customer service. You're paying them and they have the decency to sound so insincere and that you're bothering their day! Here's a thought if you don't want to answer phones all day, just make it accessible online???? I feel like that would save us BOTH the time and effort.
