This “business” is simply a mother and son duo (who try to pretend otherwise), and run what I can only describe as the ultimate, bait-and-switch. In the beginning, the bait was very well-presented – they held themselves out to be professional, accountable and so “on top of it,” that even an out-of-state property owner could relax in the comfort of being in [their] good hands (the mother’s own words to me). Horrible property management company
Carol Tillman was very rude and disrespectful and in my opinion unknowlegable of tenant/landlord laws and rights. I was not impressed with her at all.
