Warning: In October 2019, we made reservations through Scott at Accord for a Marriott condo in Ft.Myers for the popular February Presidents’ Day week in 2020. In January 2020, TripAdvisor reached out to tell us that our reservations had been cancelled. They said Accord had offered us a different condo, but not for the dates for which we had nonrefundable flights. Will always use them for our condo rentals while in Fort Myers.
I had one real estate deal that Scott was involved with. In my opinion you would be better off with anyone else. If Scott ever brought another contract to purchase on of my properties I would not get involved.
