The repair man tries to make money from the residents by delaying the resolution of the problem as much as possible to pressure them to give him bribe money. For example, my neighbor is reporting a problem for more than 3 months to no avail, the maintenance guy tells him he should call a plumber or give me $50 so he can fix it.🤔
