My family and I highly recommend Accord Palliative and Hospice Care for any families navigating the heartbreaking journey of watching their parents grow older and more frail. Wonderful agency. They went above and beyond to take care of mom. They did not forget about the family either. I could not have been treated better and I was not the patient! Mom got everything she needed and was loved thoroughly. All the staff that came provided professional and loving care. Diana provided exceptional care and support. She stayed late hours to see that we were not alone as mom declined.
We were fortunate to have been connected with the entire team at Accord as our Mom returned to her Assisted Living facility from an extended hospital/rehab stay a few weeks ago. From the moment we contacted them, the team directly engaged with us and her facility to seamlessly coordinate her care. My mom who is suffering from from dementia fell and injured her back a year ago while in an assisted living facility. She was really struggling with pain and could barely move.
