There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. I bought a Chevy suburban. When it started having issues after two weeks with shifting and a cylinder misfiring, Mo had me bring it in. It was complex and took a few weeks. ( Which was frustrating as I use it for work, but it was no one’s fault, and the mechanic was very thorough). He communicated what was going on the entire time and was willing to stay late to let me pick it up the day it was ready.
I fell in love with a car but I was short 1100 when I went to test drive it. I needed 3 days to make the payment. Dani knew I really wanted it. He had other customers wanting to buy it on me (he showed me the messages) and kept his word on holding it, as long as I kept mine on coming to get it within the 3 days. I now proudly own the car. To anyone looking for a trustworthy car dealer, this is your guy!
