DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ACCOR MOTELS! – DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS YOUR MONEY. They are a piece of trash. Customer service is a joke - no wonder since they are headquartered in FRANCE. They obviously take the "customer-comes-last" philosophy to the max. The motels are skeezy and employees act like they havent even graduated high school. There is no service at the corporate level - I've made 3 complaints on their website and have yet to receive ANY response from their so-called Guest Relations team.
