Wonderful experience every time I go. Caitlin does an amazing job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. She even took the time to show me how to curl my hair. Lisa and Cassandra have both given me beautiful eyelash extensions. They are very knowledgeable and it is a great experience. The whole salon experience is very relaxing! The staff is very friendly!
My experience was absolutely horrible! Went in for highlight and my hair was fried and broke off all around my face and nap of my neck. These people were extremely rude, unprofessional and obviously didn't know what they were doing. When I wrote a bad review on Facebook they blocked me.
