These guys go above and beyond what any other company I’ve been to has ever done. They send emails with pictures of the service and issues they found as well as the progress of your vehicle. They will be my go to repair shop from now on.

Wonderful place and even better people! Sandy is always keeping me updated when my car is being fixed - when it goes in, updates, and when it is ready. Clint is a master at his work - always stands behind his work and when you leave you know your car has been checked over thoroughly. I feel so much safer knowing that he is taking care of the things my car needs. Highly recommend them to anyone!
By far, Clint is the best mechanic I have been to as he is honest and really cares about what he does. He took his time to make sure that I had an idea of what was going on, and was very mindful of my budget. I also liked the thorough pics/videos they included with their notes as well. The customer service was exceptional also, they even provide a shuttle service to pick up your car. Dealing with auto repairs is stressful, but these guys make it not so bad. Clint is an exceptional auto technician. Thorough and meticulous, highly knowledgeable. Work always done professionally and on time. Great communication from Clint and Sandy in the front office.
Extremely professional, qualified, and courteous. You can tell Accomplished Auto is vested in customer service as their new software helps to improve communication and transparency. My family has been taking our vehicles here for years and I have never had a bad experience. The best value in a shop I’ve seen. I can’t recommend accomplished auto highly enough.
Terrible customer service cost was higher than quoted price. Sandy made it seem like I was putting her out calling for a status update after I was told I would hear back from them within a few hours. I would not recommend.
