I wish there was a -5 star selection above to give this property its appropriate rating. This is the most illogical, inconsiderate, and unprofessional property I have ever encountered. I live at the Lakes of Eldorado and I only own one vehicle, my car is not broken down, it is insured but because it has mechanical issues my inspection isn't up to date so they tow my only car and means of getting to work and paying my rent out of the parking lot. DO NOT MOVE TO ASH LANE APARTMENTS!! They got roaches rats and termites! Roaches everywhere even in the stove(picture below) The regional WHITNEY is HORRIBLE definitely shouldn’t be a regional for any property! There no where near upgraded! Surrounding apartments have even complained about this property. Rent has been raised twice since I’ve been here. Here since October 2023. Definitely not at all what they advertise!!
I met with two company representatives today and it was absurdly ridiculous. Misty and an elder woman whom’s name I can’t remember lied about communicating with me , discriminated against me, and wasted my time. When a company makes it clear that they will gladly take your money yet never anticipated giving you an equal opportunity at employment, there’s an issue. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior, I hope that this company has better representation!
