We met Richard at a networking event and had him give us a bid to redo our kitchen. We told him we were not certain when we would get it done. Almost a year later we asked him to come back to give us another (not quite as extensive) bid which he gratiously did. We accepted the bid and the work began. We are so glad that we chose Accolade.
