I couldn't start my day without visiting my favorite place. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
This gym has a lot of great qualities. They have a lot of equipment and the staff is amazing. The locker rooms are also much cleaner than other gyms. The biggest issue with this gym is the time it closes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Unless you get in fairly early, which is difficult on Friday if you work a standard 9-5, you won’t have enough time to work out. I’d also say the floors are a bit of a concern. Quote from the owner. “We have 550 people walk through our doors everyday , how do they expect us to get any cleaner?” That’s very concerning to hear. Lifetime fitness an sees around 5K members a day and never thinks they can be clean enough along with many many other gyms I have been to.
