Great job overall. They company did the entire house of sidings, overhangs, and trims in a timely order and even placed up broken light fixtures. Charles H******** worked hard to make sure everything we got was done. The process from signing the contract to beginning installation was a little over 4 months, which was unexpected. Before signing the contract, I wish I had done a little more research to see what we needed and what we didn't, but overall good experience.
Customer service does not follow through with changes or updates. Very nice people but do not return calls well at all. The installation was supposed to be 1 day because the company stated that our small order of 8 Windows was easily handled. Going into day 3 of installation waiting halfway through the day for the crew to even show up. Windows are the quality and beautiful look that was advertised luckily.
