The presentation of their product was very complete and answered any questions we had. 12 months no interest financing was a big selling point. Windows are very well made with energy savings. Nice to business with and very polite. Explained all very well and complete.

From the very beginning, Alex was patience, reassuring, so exact on all the measurements on the plans.The doors came as promised, he kept us in the loop about the timeline of delivery. The technician explained to me the problems with my existing door in an educational manner so that I could see the problems, too. He quoted an excellent price to replace my patio door. We decided to go ahead with the replacement. The installers had the new door installed in a single afternoon! We are extremely satisfied with the finished product. Alex gave an informative presentation of the product, the young lady in the office was very courteous with great customer service. They gave quick service, great follow up and a respectable team of installers. The windows are beautiful and the difference in sound and temperature is remarkable. We had a patio slider door replaced. The work was on time with no delays. The workers were friendly, polite and efficient. They left the work area as clean as when they arrived. The re-plaster around the door is perfect and once painted you cannot tell they had replaced the door. The door is high quality and we are extremely pleased. The price was fair as we got other bids. We will be replacing a few large windows in the future and we will definitely be calling Accolade Doors & Windows.
