I came in here inquiring about a used car inspection. I also learned that they also sell used cars as a license dealer. I talked to the people in the office for quite a while and can say they really know their stuff. They share my belief that it’s worth doing the job right with QUALITY parts. I will be back for sure.
I can't say enough good things about Jon and Accolade Auto. We bought our first Subaru, a 1998 Legacy Brighton wagon, from Jon in 2013. Even though it was probably his cheapest car at the time, he did all sorts of extra work to it just to make sure that it was right when we took it home. This review is long overdue..we bought our Subaru from Jon before moving to Alaska Nov 2017, he was honest and straightforward and more than accomodating through the whole process, and the vehicle he sold us not only got us up to Alaska, but has been my BFs daily commuter to Anchorage and back (~90 miles round trip) since we've been here. Great level of service, the technicians here really know their stuff and are happy to explain the work to you. I've known Jon (the owner) for a while now and trust him to repair my old Subaru (that my son now drives) at a fair price.
