Huge shout out to Ed who helped me get my very old furnace back up and running again. Saved me and my kids from the deep freeze. He went above and beyond to help me out and we can't Thank him enough! Great customer service from the moment I called and spoke to Val to Ed who came out to look at the issue. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone. Trust me u won't be disappointed!!!!
Got a recommendation to try Acclaimed when my furnace wouldn't work. They were prompt, friendly and helpful. Fixed the problem right away and didn't cost an arm and a leg either. I would highly recommend them!
We have used your company for many years from furnace cleaning & repairs to replacement of out hot water tank. Today, we needed help with our furnace and Ed's quick and honest approach/help was greatly appreciated when it came to determining the problem. He handled the repairs immediately with true efficiency. He's a great example of your team. Given the cooler temperatures now, I am very happy I will not have to deal with this in extreme cold weather. Thank you also to reception who was able to have Ed come out so quickly!
Ed was very knowledgable and trustworthy. He spent as much time as needed while I asked ALL the questions to get a firm understanding of what was going on. I have only called Acclaimed for our furnace and always will! Thanks Ed and Acclaimed!!
Gabriel and another fellow (can't recall his name) came out to clean our fireplace today. It's a custom built Swedish fireplace ... so it was a bit complex to clean. I was impressed with their professional approach to figure out how the fireplace functions, the actual cleaning, the clear communication between the workers and myself, and the cleanup afterwards. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!
Had a great experience getting an air conditioner installed in my duplex. Adam and Jason were friendly and respectful and I was impressed that Mike showed up with them to oversee the install. They took the time to explain everything from maintenance to safety and troubleshooting tips.
I really appreciate Keven's honest approach when it comes to troubleshooting and determining scope of work for repairs or replacement. He doesn't just try to sell you a new component if the existing just needs service. Nice to know not everyone is trying to rip you off.
