This company are amazing. Respectful team of arborists and punctual. The group that came to our job to remove huge trees were efficient and organised. So friendly as well. You can see that they love their job. Behind the scenes with administrative co-ordination, to completion of job, I highly recommend Acclaim Tree Care and Services. Kelly and "the team" are personable and warm and know what they are doing. This is the company to use 100%.
Ok. This is something that everyone contemplating using this company should read. On Good Friday this company sent me a bill & then an email advising that they had immediately sent it to a Debt Collection Agency!!!! See photos. We paid them for the quoted work which hasn’t been done. Our tree is not pruned!. They were here an hour at most cut a few branches. I am going to pay this because I am now scared of these people. Acclaim Tree wow these are well oiled machine. Great attitude to meeting our needs always asked before doing and did are 10/10 job. Very efficient and effective. They get in an do a marvellous job. If the rest of the country had the productivity of acclaim our GDP would be soaring. Great job guys
After looking at cutting down a large poinciana tree for a number of years, we finally bite the bullet and we're so glad we did. Shane and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Great company! Shane was super prompt at quoting & booking in my job. Ricci and his crew were friendly, professional and did an awesome job removing a large tree in my backyard with no mess left behind. Highly recommend.
