This agency sent me a radiology bill for $187 in June 2020 and I paid the amount in full in August 2020. The billable amount was 53.05, as per my insurance company. I contacted this agency and they confirmed that I was owed a refund of $133.95. I have yet to receive my refund after months of constant calling. Terrible communication from the patient perspective. Never sent out a bill to me and now the first contact I receive is from a debt collector. This is going to cause a bad relationship with the medical practice that I used, even though it was not the medical practice's fault, they used this bad management service so it stains them. This is the first time I've ever been delinquent in payment for anything, and the bill was only $95. So doctors beware using this management company if you want to retain patients or clients.
