My son suffered a knee injury and finding Acclaim made getting appointment easy. Melissa was able to get me scheduled and helped me through the process. she made everything easy and I truly appreciated her help and kindness
This facility was sent a referral over a week ago for me and no one has called to schedule an appointment. Everytime I call to do so it either goes to voicemail or it's a long hold only for no one to ever answer. Will look for another orthopedic that will actually answers the phone.
I call for many days and only reach voice mail. With no response. Only one number for that whole office building. Ridiculous.
The wait was a bit long, but Dr. Garling truly went above and beyond. He takes the time to listen and go over your options and it’s clear he cares about patient safety and outcome. The office itself is clean and the nurses and front desk staff were all friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Garling!
